Quality Control Services
The Proteome Factory AG offers quality control services of proteins and peptides to determine purity and identity of the samples. Beside most modern mass spectrometric techniques several other protein chemical methods like N-terminal sequence analysis, HPLC and electrophoresis are used according to Proteome Factory's SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) to ensure quality of analysis.
The quality control services are applied to protein drugs, recombinant proteins and synthetic peptides to determine their purity and identity. Also other biomolecules can be analyzed on request.
